I’d take one but I can no longer find any that aren’t the size of horse pills. I can well understand why the bottles no longer show pictures of the actual pill. Whatever happened those 1-A-Days that were the same size as your typical ibuprofen tabs?

I never take vitamins. Come to think of it, I haven’t been seriously ill in about eight years.
That was a fluke. I had gone to New York for Thanksgiving to visit a friend of mine. she dragged me downtown to see the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Madre Dios! It was cold that day. I was dressed to keep warm except for one part of me, my feet. They froze like solid blocks of ice. The next day, I came back to warm and balmy North Carolina and by that weekend I had a terrible cold or the flu. I treated myself for two days then tried to go back to work, but my boss still didn’t like the way I looked so he made me go to the doctor. The doctor told me I had Strep Throat and put me on antibiotics.

Trying to find one that is not a horse pill does seem impossible. I think that the vitaball (gum as vitamins) might be the way to go if you don’t like swallowing pills. I haven’t really had any problem with it.

    EClark-
Boy are you lucky. I haven’t been ill recently. Part of it due to the fact that I haven’t been around bunches of people.
