Countdown to DragonCon 2019

Or I looked at the calendar and panicked then calmed down.
3 puppets almost finished. 3 to 4 more to complete the puppetslam piece and 2 to 3 for people I have promised puppets to. It is do-able but I have to do it.
There is also getting ready for my panels this year. I want to do a handout for the so you want to build a puppet with terms and places to look for things and resources.
I am in DragonCon mode and will be until after DragonCon.
So this web log may go radio silent or get really chatty depending on where my brain is.
Caroline has two costumes she wants to complete before DragonCon. She is going to be cosplaying the whole time and having a ball.
This has to be balanced with the usual household chores and cat care and scheduled activities and unscheduled activities.
It can be done and I am going to do it.
I am grateful for everything I have learned that is going to help me with the next month.

I’m collaborating with a group of people trying to solve a mystery of an enamel pin of a character titled Geedis. Although it is a huge stretch, there is the slightest possibility that Peter David was involved in making it. If you have any information about Geedis please let me know (even to say you know nothing at all). Peter looked at it and said he hadn’t heard anything about this project,
