RTBTCKI ( Thursday Right? Edition)

The kids had off for election so I am kind of lost as to what day it is. The confusion continues for me since they have off Tuesday of next week for Veteran’s Day.
This weekend we are heading down to Baltimore for the Boogie Knights concert that is a benefit in Robbie’s name. Ariel pointed out that we just needed a costume contest and an out of work actor and we would have a convention. More information here.
The wind is tearing through the trees right now with a mist causing it to be rather damp when you step out the door. I wish I had taken in the Halloween decorations this past weekend. But as soon as they dry out, I’ll be packing them up and considering the winter decorations which I won’t be putting up or, at least, lighting until after Thanksgiving.
I may make today about things I want to do. The household is in pretty good shape. It might be nice to be a bit crafty today.
Now it is raining sideways due to the wind. Think I’ll be working indoors today.
Off to be crafty.

I think Ariel’s got the right idea – there’s at least Peter and Bob for guests, the Knights, a fundraiser, and between the two of us there are enough kids and old costumes to make a parade. Show a rerun of Monty Sauron, and it’s good to go. We could call it RobbieCon, and use a rubber duck as a mascot.
*sigh* If only Cons were that easy to put together.

It’s it funny how a change in the Kids’ routine can throw Mum “out”? Number 3 son and I have been on stuvac/had uni exams this week and next, Brooke has her School Certificate exams nexy week and then Thursday and Friday as “Pupil Free” days. It’s Friday morning here and seeing as I have to “hit the books” as well as doing “mum” stuff, I’ll just say:
