We made it. We have a very nice set of rooms.

I read Harry Potter on the Plane and I am half-way. NO SPOILERS PLEASE!

I am grateful that we had a smooth trip considering the start of the day.

No Spoilers. I was satisfied with the ending, but bored silly pages 300-400. She could have shortened that section a bit, I think. I really didn’t get totally into it until @ Chapter 30, then it picked up. There were some lesser storylines I wish she’d tightened up, too, but worked ok without them.

Yeah, I picked it up at 10 am Saturday. I finished it about 4 am this morning (Sunday). This time included going out to see “Order of the Phoenix” and dinner out with the family as Alex is going back to Wagga Wagga for the start of Spring semester at University. No mad crowds but kids and adults dressed in costume which at the shopping cnetre. Looked really nice. I bought it at a department store rather than one of the books shops in the centre. Why? The bookshops only had 1 register each operating and queues, the department store had all registers open and the book display right at the front of the store -no queues.

Good book. Quite happy with how the story and sub-stories wrapped up. Her writing had improved over the course of the series.
