Yep I am going to give it another go this year. We’ll see what happens. I have an idea for a story that I think is novel length but it is more chick lit than fantasy or science fiction. I have never had a plot unwrap in my brain so fast.
This means that Art by the Inch is out for me this year. I really don’t know if it is going this year or not. If I did both then I would be nothing else but writing and art. Which would not be a bad life….
Standard time is what my body clock works best on. I woke up about the same time I have been but it was “earlier” in the day so I had more time to get stuff done. And get stuff done I did. The Halloween decorations are up and wired. Some year I am going to do my HalloweenTown diorama but this year was not the year to do that. I got my costume started (yeah I remember that I need it by tomorrow evening but I think I can do that.)
I am grateful that the decorations are up and working.
Good luck on the writing. I’m also doing NaNo this year. Where did you get the word meter? That’s awesome. I want one.
I prefer standard time, too. Unfortunately, standard time isn’t really standard anymore. More of the year is taken up by savings time than standard time, and it just gets worse next year. I’m ticked that my VCR won’t automatically fix itself for DST starting next year, too, since the weekend it starts and stops changes.
