Disney Day 1 2006

Off to Animal Kingdom today. Caroline loves animals and Dinosaurs so I think she’ll have fun there. She wants to see Simba. So we’ll see what happens there. The idea is to let her have fun but not have her run a marathon. I want to take her to see the tigers.
Had a lot of fun at the Adventures Club last night. You know you have gone there a lot when you recognize the guy who runs the wait staff and he recognizes you and greets you. Along with a number of the characters calling you by name and wondering what adventures you have been off on since your last visit. But that’s part of the fun for us. It is our version of Cheers in a strange way.
I am grateful for good weather.
Just picture a “generic guy” (since you have no clue what I look like, think Brad Pitt/Harrison Ford, then make sure it’s nothing like them) sticking his tongue out at you. Green with jealousy.
We’re planning a “suprise” trip next year for an early birthday for our daughter. Just wish that I was there now. Riding Mission Space, Rock ‘n Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, PotC, and even It’s a Small World. Have fun guys!
