Personally, I think anyone who objects to the use of the word “frell” is a tanj fracking flup-head.
But maybe that’s just me…
How long before she begins playing her parents like puppets?
I love making up words or using new words that I find. For a while there I was using Peter’s “grozit” a lot, but I had to say it to myself to avoid explaining it to my co-workers (who wouldn’t have gotten it anyway).
It’s just fun sometimes to use words and know, without any doubt, that the only person who knows what you’re talking about is you.
What the Frell?!?!?
Yeah, all of our words are made up. It’s completely ridiculous to engage in a flame war over this. But it’s funny, too, in some way. I’m sure the word ‘indemnity’ was handed down to us through a gaping hole in the sky accompanied by a booming voice that said, “Here you go…”
Personally I like to use existing words out of context for desired effect, none of them obscene. One guy tried to out do me in name calling and I called him a ‘closet rod’ and he went blank. It’s actually more fun to use seemingly mundane words in that manner. It’s easy to throw profanity at someone. It’s even rather descriptive (and accurate)in many ways. But nothing compares to the reaction one gets after refering to someone as a cargo net.
Plus you can claim bonus points for creativity!
I have the same problem Jason. everyone looks at me weirdly when I go “Xant frell it!”
Geez, just wait until she learns to write!!!
