   Kath,

   Venting here is a good thing. I think Lisa has the same sort of “where can I find an outlet?” questions at times — she keeps hoping to get enough of a break to get some analysis and writing done before she takes on a professorship next fall, and so far at least Katherine has not really been giving her that option. (I help where I can, but as a teacher there are certainly tons of times when I’m stretched really thin, too.)

   Keeping the house from falling headlong into chaos is more of an achievement than you might think, especially given that agent of chaos you’re married to. 🙂 Hang in there — as others keep telling me, there will be good days to counterbalance these. (Those others are even right sometimes!)

   Peter is what keeps me sane at this point in the month so yelling at him is counter productive. Besides he gives me great backrubs.
