New York is Book Country

A sunny morning this morning which is a first in a couple of days. The temperature is crisp but pleasant. When it warms up this afternoon I will probably take Caroline to her favorite playground and let her stretch her legs. She has figured out how to dribble a soccer ball to keep it moving and there is a large field she can practice that in. Practice is probably too strong a word but I know she enjoys making the ball go forward. Another game she likes at this playground is catch with a twist. She stands at the bottom of the slide and puts her knees on the edge. I place the ball at the top of the slide and say
Kath, I think the fair is both days. I’ve decided to go on Saturday after all, I’ll be meeting my ex there. Hope to run into you!
