   I heard the whole thing. Follow the link below then scroll down to “Misunderstanding the First Amendment”. Of course everyone is entitled to voice their opinion, however I do think the commentator makes a valid point.

   I don’t think that entertainers don’t have opinions or shouldn’t express them. I have a problem with them thinking that they should be exempt from criticism themselves., or their repercussions.

   I rarely hear anyone standing up for the Marge Schotts, or the Dr. Laura’s, or baseball player from the Braves who’s name escapes me right now. I’ll bet you anything that Whoopie supported baseball’s sanctions against Marge Schott. Now she’s in the crosshairs and she’s crying foul. Hollywood does a lot of that hypocrisy.

   Where was Bill Maher when Dr. Laura was being picketed?

   Where were the Dixie Chicks when Eminem was being criticized?
