Yesterday was not a fun day. I either got food poisoning or a short term (I hope) stomach bug which had me visited the porcelain ghod a number of times. Because of this I didn’t take Ariel to see Marie Antoinette<\/i> but Peter did. He said that those who called it “Lost in Versace” were not far off. Ariel enjoyed it but we think she is more the target audience for this picture. Caroline now thinks there is a monster in the upstairs bathroom since that is where most of the contents of my stomach ended up. I explained to her what was happening and she related it to Mommy coughing up a hairball since she has seen the cats perform that activity. But she told me this morning that there was a monster in the bathroom so we still have to work on that. Last night was pretty miserable and this morning it feel delicate but nothing like yesterday. Thank goodness.<\/p>\n
Even with all that I did manage to get the master bedroom back in order. It really hadn’t had a good cleaning since we all got back from DragonCon. So everything is sorted and people have their finally pieces of stuff in the proper places.<\/p>\n
Today I am having a go at the paper in the living room. It is paper recycling and I am trying to get as much of it out of the house as possible. It has been about a month since I last did a big clear out so I hope to recover most of the living room. Caroline has a play date today which should be fun. I want to go get the fabric for my outfit for Halloween as well so I can get cracking on that.<\/p>\n
Other things I need to do are get the Halloween decorations up and working, trim the front hedges, and make a couple of costumes. This is all dependent on how my gut feels today.<\/p>\n
