OK whoever was listening when I said that our lawn could use some rain can stop for a little while now. I have a swamp in my front yard but it is looking greener or is that the mold? We have had two days of pretty solid rain which is probably good for the water table but I am feeling rather soggy.<\/p>\n
3 done and 7 to go for the Doctors. Currently 2,3, and 6 are done. I want to get 1, 4, and 8 done today and shipped out then I am down to 5,7,9, and 10. There is another trip to the fabric store in my future (like later today) for some final touches that I need to do. So there is light at the end of the tunnel and I don’t think it is the oncoming train.<\/p>\n
We got back yesterday afternoon and watched the fashion show on E! for the Emmy Awards show. I thought Conan O’Brian did a very fine job as the MC and the opening sketch was hilarious. Highlight for me was Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert presenting the emmy for reality TV although the redo of Trouble was really funny too. And they got it done within the time limit so Bob Newhart wouldn’t die. His reaction to the poll of if they should let him out or not was priceless. The man has reactions down to a fine art.<\/p>\n
