{"id":8148,"date":"2023-02-01T11:28:05","date_gmt":"2023-02-01T16:28:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kathwp.malibulist.com\/?p=8148"},"modified":"2023-02-01T11:28:07","modified_gmt":"2023-02-01T16:28:07","slug":"my-first-blog-entry-of-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kathwp.malibulist.com\/index.php\/2023\/02\/01\/my-first-blog-entry-of-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"My First Blog Entry of 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>First of all, not dead&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But a lot has happened since I last typed on these blogs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 22, 2022, Peter lost the strength in his legs and arms and was taken to a hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On November 23, 2022, he had a heart attack but the hospital was the right place to be and they revived him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 11, 2022, he had major but life-saving surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since then he has been in a re-habilitation center working on getting his limbs to cooperate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is scheduled to come home soon. It will a big relief and a big change.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is working hard to get himself back up and moving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am surviving. I am making a lot of decisions really quickly and have to get things done.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My job is being very patient with me and I am very grateful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caroline started her 2<sup>nd<\/sup>&nbsp;semester as a sophomore. Think good thoughts for her as she tries to get into the program she wants to get into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So there in a nutshell is what is going on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have missed this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am grateful that Peter is getting the help he needs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>First of all, not dead&nbsp; But a lot has happened since I last typed on these blogs.
