I can feel the cold pushing through the windows especially when the wind buffets the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our furnace is trying to keep us warm, but it is an uphill battle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today I have a day off. I am declaring it a cleaning day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am sorting out some stuff in my head and making a plan to execute things.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I pulled my right gluteus maximus and am working on getting it to loosen up. I think it happened while I was running up and down ladders at work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I do better at work when I am constantly moving rather than just standing. However, if they need me to stand then stand I will. I am very happy there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The next couple of days are going to be bitter cold so our walks are moving to extra time in the gym. We might want to bring our gloves and work out on the bag. They have re-opened the indoor track.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
