The primary purpose is the grocery list. This past week I left messages for Caroline and Peter on it before I headed into work since they were asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday I posted, \u201cLet\u2019s resolve to not make any resolutions until 2021 proves it is less of a dumpster fire than 2020.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I am going to hold myself to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last night we toasted the end of 2020 with sparkling apple cider. Everyone was awake at midnight which is a first in a while.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we went to bed so late, we all got up later than usual for us. Which is fine since we have nowhere to go and nothing to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am betting there are a lot fewer hangovers this morning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am proud to say that I am now a permanent part-time employee of Michaels Craft Store.&nbsp;&nbsp;I really like my job. It makes me use skills that I haven\u2019t been able to exercise in a while. I like my fellow employees and management is the best. I am looking forward to a long time at this job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wish all of you reading this a happy and healthy year. May it bring you what you need.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s to a better year than last year.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am grateful that I have a job that suits me.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have a dry erase board in our kitchen.
