We were in a bit of a quandary of what to get Caroline. We considered the Dora Dollhouse but having examined it carefully we came to the conclusion that there were too many pieces that could snap off under the rough handling of a 3 year old. Cinderella&#8217;s castle held the same problem. The solution was the Fisher-Price Little People castle set. I found the deluxe set which included two of the add-ons and the other two add-ons they made for the set. It has a carriage so she can play Cinderella with the figures if she wants but it also has a dragon or two for her to play with. That is what we are giving her today. I have a few smaller things for Monday so she will have presents then too.<\/p>\n<p>Weather turned bitter cold overnight. Predictions of snow are flying through the air thicker than the flakes we may (or may not) get. I think we are just going to get cold rain.<\/p>\n<p>I think I am going to be making more gifts this year. I have a couple of ideas that I am hoping to execute in time. Peter has gotten me my gift but I am holding off opening it until Christmas so I know what it is but not what it looks like.<\/p>\n<p>Off to put the curtains in the dryer and then decorating for the party.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for getting the house clean.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I managed to get the house done before 1 so I had the afternoon to shop for presents and get a few other errands run.
