On the left is Jareth and the right is Sarah and the worm)<\/p>\nFor those who have read this web log less than a year, I write myself a letter each year that I open on my birthday and then write one for next year. Here is the public part of the letter for this year.<\/p>\n
Dear Kath,<\/p>\n
Well that was a year wasn\u2019t it. A lot of ups and downs and ups and downs.<\/p>\n
We have learned that one can do too many conventions in a row. It is possible to go to Disneyland and DisneyWorld within a week of each other. <\/p>\n
We learned that we are better at building puppets and costumes than we thought we were. We learned that others appreciate our efforts.<\/p>\n
We made new friends and saw old friends. <\/p>\n
The gym was more consistent this year and how you feel is in direct correlation to that so let\u2019s keep that up.<\/p>\n
You walked through the White House and saw Pandas in three zoos along with lots of other adventures.<\/p>\n
This next year I plan to finish the novel I owe, put up a puppet website so I can sell my wares, and make some dolls which I haven\u2019t done in a couple of years.<\/p>\n
Be kind to yourself and allow a moment or two to breath. <\/p>\n
Let\u2019s get to 54 intact.<\/p>\n
