Cats and kids have to be fed and taken care of. The house is lived in and must be taken care of. Activities must be done.<\/p>\n<p>Also I have to concede that my \u2018good\u2019 time is limited these days so I have to learn to work through the not so good time before I get to the frustration time, which is not fun at all.<\/p>\n<p>I do make time to go to the gym that is, including travel time, about two and a half to three hours total. Gym time is me time without the pressure of doing something other than exercise and think. <\/p>\n<p>Today there are a couple of things planned so I am going to get done this morning what I can. I\u2019ll see how things go in the afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>I have to pull it from somewhere but right now that place seems short on reserves.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for my time at the gym.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, I am in crunch time but life still goes on and I don\u2019t live in a bubble.
