Well I finally feel like I have the convention and the road noise out of ears. There is a dull rumble that encompasses the convention no matter where you go. It seeps into your bones and doesn\u2019t go away for a bit.<\/p>\n
However, life does go on.<\/p>\n
Caroline has started 7th grade. So far she likes her teachers and is very happy to be back in the swing of things. The amount of paperwork we have had to read and sign was enormous. Each teacher had a contract that we had to sign with all the information about what is expected of her this year and it is quite a bit.<\/p>\n
I have about another day\u2019s worth of cleaning and putting away before I can say that we are done with Dragon Con this year. I need to open up the puppet bags and let the puppets that were used in the puppet slam some time to air out before packing them away again. <\/p>\n
I hope to have a video of the Cad in the Hat to show soon. More on that when I get it.<\/p>\n
After all that, I need to get to my to do list and start working on it. I owe some editors things and a couple of puppets to their new owners.<\/p>\n
Oh and laundry. I have a lot of laundry to do.<\/p>\n
And I need to figure out where I hid Caroline\u2019s locker supplies at the end of last school year. I apparently put them somewhere that I should remember where I put them but I am not. I guess another Note is needed.<\/p>\n
