I have had to find ways of making kosher for Passover food that is within the limits of Peter\u2019s diet. The sodium content of most of the premade foods is through the roof so today I make low sodium matzo ball soup pretty much from scratch. I have a nice leg o\u2019 lamb to roast up along with other things for the Seder. <\/p>\n<p>That long with some cleaning that needs to be done and laundry will take up most of the day. <\/p>\n<p>Sundown where we are is at 7:09 pm so that gives me a time frame to work backwards from.<\/p>\n<p>Good Passover to all who celebrate it.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for companies that actually think about the foods they are producing in the current world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have had that acting exercise ditty going through my head all morning.
