I just got schooled on the differences between panthers and pumas. Not just a little schooled but right down to the scientific names for each.<\/p>\n
At least she doesn\u2019t rub it in.<\/p>\n
Yesterday was a day of less driving. One of the places I took Peter was to his barber who has been his barber for many years. He got Peter to Peter\u2019s pre-stroke look. Peter says he feels better now. <\/p>\n
Today is about household chores and library going for science fair project.<\/p>\n
The weather is about to turn strange again. I am going to get try to get the cat boxes done before it starts to rain\/snow\/sleet\/ or what ever it is going to do.<\/p>\n
Oscars are tomorrow. I am doing better than usual for seeing the various films nominated. Thank you Shana and Tim for helping me catch up on the shorts.<\/p>\n
I really don\u2019t care to repeat any of the wacky dreams I had last night. I can\u2019t say I had a restful night\u2019s sleep. And the neck is not in the best of places. I did my stretches and couldn\u2019t get as far as I had the day before. <\/p>\n
But life goes on.<\/p>\n
And that\u2019s my mantra right now along with this too shall pass, forward is the way that we must go, and can\u2019t change the past. <\/p>\n
And of course Oogway\u2019s famous quote, \u201cYou are too concerned about what was and what will be. There is a saying: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the \u2018present.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Right now I have to live in the present because that is the only place I can affect the future.<\/p>\n
Off to stretch and deal with kitty droppings before the precipitation starts in whatever form it is going to show up in.<\/p>\n
