Last night\/ this morning I awoke to a serious pain radiating in my neck. I have no idea what I did but it is limiting my ability to look left and right and trying to find a comfortable position was close to impossible. This morning I have found one way to hold my neck that doesn\u2019t hurt as much as any other position. I have pulled out the heating pad and hope that it will help. Any headache is radiating from the neck. So think good thoughts for this to sort itself out.<\/p>\n
Peter wrote on his web log about a typical day at rehab for him. We then got slammed with malicious code, which the site team has been dealing with all night. It does seem that this is not random chance but an attack on the site and I really wish it would stop. I am holding off on some stuff I want to do on the sites until it is sorted out. <\/p>\n
Can\u2019t do head rolls which usually sorts this stuff out. Darn it.<\/p>\n
Yesterday I got two things done in the MUST DO column and one in the when I get around to it column. I came to the decision yesterday to schedule out each day so I can give myself breaks while I work on various projects. It can be easier to break a task down to parts and put a stop watch to it so you know how much you can get done in a period of time and you also aren\u2019t wondering when things are going to end.<\/p>\n
Don\u2019t think the gym is in the cards today. Maybe family swim later with Caroline if she wants to go and my neck will take it.<\/p>\n
And we have snow in the forecast which will also determine what we do and don\u2019t do today. I guess I should check and makes sure I can make French toast. <\/p>\n
