We can use it since we are on a wildfire alert (very dry conditions leading to potential fire hazards.) We had a little rain last night but really need more. The skies are starting to lighten up and I can see sun peeking through. According to the weather report, we are starting with showers and change over to a steady rain by this afternoon. Fine by me.
