Because I have had a cup and a half of coffee.<\/p>\n

Yesterday Peter and I took some us time and went to see The Artist<\/i> which is a black and white (mostly) silent film. I had heard good things about it from a number of people and there was only one theater at this end of Long Island that was showing it so we went and are very glad we did. I really think it needs to be seen in a movie theater. A lot will be lost on even a large small screen and this is a movie that revels in being a movie. There is Oscar buzz on this one and it is well deserved. Between this and Hugo, early film is well represented in the movies these days.<\/p>\n

The weather outside is wet but not cold. It was worse this morning but has slowly getting better. Not that I am going to be doing anything outside today.<\/p>\n

I am getting a doll itch that will probably see me getting out the wire and the clay to start up on my next figure. I might do two or three at the same time. Then it is onto the puppets.<\/p>\n

Face Off was interesting. I wonder why certain people were picked. I did find it interesting that we found out pretty quick who had time management skills and who didn\u2019t. The final products were interesting. It would have been fun if the flying monkeys had been part of it. The guys are scared of how good the women are and they should be. If a couple of the ladies get their time management better, it is going to be hard to stop them.<\/p>\n
