OK short version of both the radio silence and some rather cryptic comments from me.<\/p>\n
Peter had back surgery yesterday. He\u2019s fine. It was not life threatening more quality of life threatening. It was the best way to deal with the problem he had.<\/p>\n
It was done on an outpatient basis at a local (well relatively local. The Hospital was in Nassau and we live in Suffolk) hospital. He came home last night and is recovering.<\/p>\n
Surgery is Surgery. There is pain afterwards that needs to be dealt with and we are doing what we can to make him comfortable and give his body some time to recover from the trauma of being cut open.<\/p>\n
Right now we are going to be at Shoreleave. That might change but that is the current plan. Which means I have 11 days to get Caroline\u2019s costume done and assemble some stuff for the art show (if there is still space). But I am not going to push anything right now because my focus has to be on Peter and the girls.<\/p>\n
So that\u2019s what has been happening. Good thoughts, prayers, energy etc. is gratefully accepted.<\/p>\n
