It was one of these cases that I don&#8217;t know how I did it just that it happened and it hurts.<\/p>\n<p>This puts the kybosh on a bunch of activities I was going to do today since they all involve walking which is not very comfortable today. Nor is just sitting right now. *sigh*<\/p>\n<p>This also may limit my time at I-Con this weekend due to the pain in my heel.<\/p>\n<p>I have an appointment this afternoon but I don&#8217;t think there can be much beyond the PT exercises that I have already been doing.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful that I can walk even if it is an effort.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Yep, I managed to irritate the tendon in my foot and it is in a world of pain.
