We did go to the comic book store yesterday but avoided the mall. We got our usual comics and went to a restaurant that we both like which was across from a major mall. We arrived right before the lunch crowd did. By the time we left the place was crowded with shoppers and their families.<\/p>\n
The catalogues are descending on the household. There has been a marked increase in catalogues in our mailbox. Some of them I enjoy going through. Yesterday we received the Museum Replicas catalogue and the Disney Holiday sale catalogue along with a bunch that went into recycling without looking. The newspapers are stuffed with circulars for just about every store on Long Island. I really enjoy the Museum Replicas catalogue. It is one of those that I want just about everything in the catalogue but know that I would not have enough room for all the weapons and cloths they have for sale.<\/p>\n
