We had to check out of the hotel by 11:00 and were picked up at 11:30 which seemed tight for a 2:00pm international flight except we were really flying at 4:00pm so we were very early. So early, in fact, that we couldn\u2019t check in for at least an hour. So we sat down in an area where everyone could deposit their bags and go get some lunch while Peter sat down and got some work done. I brought him back lunch.<\/p>\n
Once we got through security and exit interview, we had a long wait in the terminal which gave us a lot of time to talk about all kinds of subjects. We being the voice actors, comic book people, and a couple of actors that are doing the New Zealand show. A diverse group with a diverse set of knowledge.<\/p>\n
The plane ride was quite pleasant. And we got dinner on the way to Auckland without having to pay for it. Yes, they fed us with an adult beverage of your choice if you were an adult and it was included in the price of the ticket. Isn\u2019t that amazing! I am quite happy with Quantis right now. <\/p>\n
The convention picked us up in a big party bus and got us to the hotel pretty quickly. It was midnight here and 10pm in Melbourne. Yes, we had yet another time change. I fell asleep listening to the Rams\/ Jaguars game and slept pretty much through the night.<\/p>\n
Today we are going to see what we can see in Auckland and tomorrow we plan to venture out on a tour for the day.<\/p>\n
