So I am probably going to be a bit jumpy until I know he is safely back on solid ground.<\/p>\n<p>For those of you who joined us more recently, I was in New York City when the planes hit the towers. I was working in the Bertlesmann building which was at Broadway and 45th.I have a lot of memories of that day I have written about them in previous blogs.<\/p>\n<p>I have also written about <a href=http:\/\/www.mygooddeed.org\/>My Good Deed<\/a> which is an organization to honor all those who were there that day through good deeds. And it doesn&#8217;t have to be anything big. Pick up a piece of trash that is not yours. Plant a tree. Hugs someone that needs a hug. Call someone you have been meaning to call.<\/p>\n<p>Today is all about getting ready for me to join Peter in LA. We have the kids sitters in place. I have to stock the larder and clean up some parts of the house.
