I have joined a couple of groups to encourage me or just give me the kick in the rump I need to get these things done. I am being pretty ambitious this year for what I want to do but it is time for me to challenge myself after a couple of years of coasting.<\/p>\n<p>Today is mostly getting ready for tomorrow and the start of the year. I would like to start the year with a clean house (possible) and a couple of projects off the table (less likely but do-able).<\/p>\n<p>We are sticking close to home for our New Years Celebration. A good neighbor is having a party for the locals and it is within walking distance. Earlier in the day we are going to the bowling alley for their family bowling event that comes with dinner included. We have been doing this for a number of years and it works out very well. Even with all the police and warnings, there are a lot of people who think that the rules doesn&#8217;t really apply to them so if we can avoid the areas where they are, we are doing well.<\/p>\n<p>I hope that 2008 brings you health, wealth, and happiness. Just be careful out there this evening.<\/p>\n<p>I am grateful for 2007 and having lived through it.
