Or so they think. After going through all the other possibilities and a lot of agencies saying that they had nothing to do with it, this is the current theory. Now there was not a lot of wind yesterday morning so the smell lingered for a while. Of course there are reports of all kinds of things which of the news media locally did a frenzy on pushing up the panic level. I like Peter&#8217;s quote from Mystery Men that he used when hearing about all the agencies saying that it was not them, &#8220;He who smelt it, dealt it.&#8221; Any way it seems to be a big fuss about nothing.<\/p>\n<p>I, of course, have a million and three things to do today.
