Visiting Atlanta Spring 2009

Caroline has been having a blast and a half. She has gone to the aquarium and seen the Beluga Whales and the Whale Sharks among many other fish she likes. She has gone to the Atlanta Zoo and seen the Pandas, Giraffes, Lions, Tigers (no bears), and the elephants. She has played with her aunts and uncle. She has gardened with her grandparents. And right now is taking a nap.
Photos are under the cut to save people’s bandwidth.
Caroline is amazed by the Atlanta Aquarium as was I. It is an architectural marvel especially the tanks that you can walk under.
I call this one Kwai Chang Panda. We were lucky because it was feeding time so the pandas were active.
My parents and Caroline looking at an Elephant that was looking right at them.
The Elephant that was looking at us. Caroline had a whole conversation with the Elephant.
I am grateful that I got to see all these things with Caroline.
Oh, yes – i can see that’s your daughter all right.

It snowed a little up here in Gainesvill on morning this week. (Your other post mentioning that Atlanta was colder than New York reminded me.)
