Ariel is off to the NY State HS Bowling Finals

Peter is driving up to join her. Caroline and I have some things planned for the two of us to do over the weekend while everyone is gone.
Ariel’s team won their division and the opportunity to compete at the state level. This means a lot to her since this is the first time they beat their division rival since she started bowling on the team. They were close a couple of years but never quite made it. She is a senior this year so this was her last chance to go to states and her team did it. She is very happy about it.
So think good thoughts for Ariel and her bowling team. They have quite a weekend coming up.
I might go see Watchmen while Caroline is in school. There is one showing that meets all my needs as long as it is not sold out. I will be home in plenty of time before she gets back on the bus.
If I do that, then I might post a review this afternoon.
I am grateful that Ariel is going to compete in the state championship.
