I have resolved to rejoin my gym. When I worked in Manhattan proper, I closed down my membership by the house and going a gym in the city but I think it is time to start up again. I have been getting exercise in various forms. Running after a baby is great exercise as is carrying one. My upper arm strength is pretty good these days.
Now I have a few reasons to try to get my shape in shape. Including that I want to be around for my daughter for a long time. My diet has been changing slowly. I have been eating smaller portions and trying to pick healthier foods. But all food is healthy in one way or another. It has to do with moderation and will power.
